1. Booking & Payment Policy

Booking Confirmation & Payment Structure
To secure your spot on Fashion Routes: Marrakesh, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Early Bird Pricing
Clients who book before April 3, 2025, will benefit from our Early Bird pricing. After this date, regular pricing will apply. As a token of our appreciation, clients who were part of our pre-launch group will continue to enjoy the Early Bird price regardless of the booking date.

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to offer peace of mind while protecting the investment we make in securing your unique experience.

Cancellations made on or before June 1, 2025, are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made between June 2, 2025, and July 31, 2025, are subject to a $500 administrative fee, which represents costs incurred in preparing your journey and securing commitments with our local partners.
From August 1, 2025, all payments become non-refundable due to our commitments with accommodations and local partners.

3. Travel Insurance Requirement

Travel insurance is mandatory for all participants. Proof of coverage must be provided no later than August 1, 2025. The policy must include comprehensive medical coverage, trip cancellation, trip interruption, travel delay, emergency evacuation, accidental death or flight-related incidents, and coverage for unforeseen circumstances. Terra Nostra Travel LLC is not liable for any medical expenses, personal injuries, illness, emergencies, or death that may occur before, during, or after travel. Participants are fully responsible for ensuring their travel insurance provides adequate coverage for all potential risks. Proof of insurance is required to participate in the journey, and failure to provide it will result in the cancellation of your booking without eligibility for a refund.

4. Travel Documents & Entry Requirements

Each traveler is solely responsible for obtaining and carrying all necessary travel documents, including but not limited to valid passports, visas, vaccination certificates, and any other required entry permits or documents for the destination. It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure that their travel documents are valid for the entire duration of the trip and comply with the entry requirements of the country visited.

Terra Nostra Travel LLC is not responsible for any denied entry, delays, additional costs, or missed portions of the trip due to incomplete, invalid, or missing travel documents. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

5. Inclusions & Exclusions

Inclusions:

6 nights of accommodation in Marrakesh
Airport transfers to and from Marrakesh Menara Airport on designated arrival and departure days
Transportation for all scheduled group activities
Curated cultural and fashion experiences as outlined in the itinerary
Select meals as outlined in the itinerary (daily breakfast and group dinners)

Exclusions:

International flights to and from Morocco
Travel insurance (mandatory)
Meals and beverages not outlined in the itinerary
Personal expenses such as laundry, shopping, and tips
Optional activities or excursions not specified in the itinerary

6. Changes to Itinerary

We reserve the right to make minor adjustments to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, availability, or to enhance the guest experience. Any significant changes will be communicated as soon as they arise.

7. Force Majeure

Terra Nostra Travel LLC shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather conditions, pandemics, quarantines, border closures, acts of government or authorities, wars, hostilities, political uprisings, civil unrest, riots, strikes, terrorist activities or the threat thereof, criminal acts committed by third parties, or any other events that may necessitate the cancellation or interruption of services. Terra Nostra Travel LLC is not responsible for any injury, illness, medical emergency, or death resulting from force majeure events.

8. Travelers with Disabilities or Special Needs

Travelers requiring special assistance must notify us at the time of booking. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such needs and inform our partners accordingly; however, we cannot guarantee that all disabilities or difficulties can be accommodated, especially in foreign or remote locations. Our coaches are generally not wheelchair accessible, and due to the nature of our itineraries, we cannot accept travelers requiring service animals. We do not provide individual assistance with walking, dining, boarding or disembarking from transportation, or personal care. Travelers requiring such assistance must travel with a paying companion who can provide the necessary support.

9. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that travel, particularly to foreign or remote destinations, may involve health and safety risks. The level of risk depends on the services booked and the locations visited. Activities such as zip-lining, snorkeling, hot air ballooning, boat transport, or travel to high altitudes and developing regions may carry inherent risks. Hygiene, accommodation, and transportation standards in some destinations may be lower than those in your home country, increasing the risk of illness or injury.

By booking with us, you acknowledge these risks, assess your own capabilities, and assume responsibility for your safety. Terra Nostra Travel LLC shall not be liable for any personal injury, illness, medical emergencies, or death that may occur as a result of participating in scheduled activities or travel-related incidents. You agree to take necessary precautions, including using safety equipment (e.g., seatbelts, harnesses, flotation devices, helmets) and adhering to all safety warnings and instructions.

10. Health & Safety

By booking this trip, you acknowledge that you are in good health and physically able to participate in the scheduled activities. It is your responsibility to consult with your physician regarding any health concerns before traveling.

11. Liability Waiver

Terra Nostra Travel LLC will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the trip. By booking, you acknowledge and accept that Terra Nostra Travel LLC is not responsible for personal injuries, illness, medical emergencies, or death occurring during or as a result of the trip. Participants agree to assume all risks associated with travel and participation in scheduled activities.

12. External Providers

Terra Nostra Travel LLC partners with hotels, transportation companies, tour operators, local guides, activity providers, and other independent entities ("External Providers") to offer various components of your booking. While we carefully select these providers, we do not control or supervise their operations and are not liable for their acts, omissions, or negligence.

Except in cases of our direct negligence, we are not responsible for:

Cancellations, delays, diversions, or equipment substitutions.
Loss or damage to baggage or personal belongings.
Injuries, illnesses, or fatalities.
Any claims, losses, damages, costs, or expenses resulting from inconvenience, disappointment, distress, or frustration caused by third-party service providers.

Additionally, Terra Nostra Travel LLC assumes no responsibility for criminal acts committed by third parties.

13. Photography & Media Release

By participating in Fashion Routes: Marrakesh, you grant Terra Nostra Travel LLC permission to use any photographs, videos, or testimonials taken during the trip for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be featured, please notify us in writing prior to the trip.

14. Code of Conduct

We are committed to creating a positive and respectful environment. All participants are expected to treat fellow travelers, staff, and local partners with kindness and respect. Any behavior that disrupts the group dynamic, violates local customs, or puts others at risk will result in removal from the trip without eligibility for a refund.

15. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to update, modify or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on this website and will take effect immediately upon publication. Your continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updates Terms and Conditions.

16. Acceptance of Terms

By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
